🇪🇬Koshary is Egypt’s national dish created by Chef
Mahdi, our Executive Chef from Al Saray. This widely
popular and delicious street food is a traditional
Egyptian staple made with pasta, Egyptian rice,
vermicelli and brown lentils. The dish is topped with
tomato sauce and garnished with chickpeas and crispy
fried onions. Once it is ready, Koshary is served with
garlic vinegar and hot sauce.
